We are rapidly expanding, every day with high demand on shift cover coming from our many new and existing clients. We currently have vacancies for Health Care Assistants working within residential care homes for the elderly. These vacancies are to cover various setting and placements dependent on your expertise, experience and preference.
As a care assistant, it is your responsibility to ensure all residents receive the very best care ensuring their independence and dignity is respected at all times. You will play a vital role in the lives of the residents assisting them with daily living chores such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, feeding as well as providing support and comfort when needed. This role does require you to provide palliative care to the resident and their family so a caring and compassionate nature is essential.
