We are rapidly expanding, every day with high demand on shift cover coming from our many new and existing clients. We currently have vacancies for all grades of nurses (RGN’s and RMN’s) working within residential care homes for the elderly. These vacancies are to cover various setting and placements dependent on your expertise, experience and preference.
Residential care homes do not employ Dr’s so as the nurse on duty you will take the lead and make all clinical decisions. It will be your duty to supervise the care team in ensuring that all residents receive the best care possible and that care plans are adhered to at all times. This role does require you to provide palliative care to the resident and their family so a caring and compassionate nature is essential.
